1. DELIVERY POLICY
Processing Time Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be processed. This does not include the estimated delivery time at checkout. During sales and high-volume periods, processing times may take up to 10-14 days.

- Delivery Days: Mondays to Saturdays
- Delivery Times: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Days Off: Sundays
Countries We Cannot Deliver To We do not ship to Russia and certain other countries as listed on our website.
2. MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES AND SERVICES
Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
3. PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for the following purposes: (a) Any unlawful purpose; (b) Soliciting others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) Submitting false or misleading information; (g) Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) Collecting or tracking the personal information of others; (i) Spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping; (j) Using the Service for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) Interfering with or circumventing the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
4. REFUND POLICY
- All SALE items: NO Returns. No Exchange.
- We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in their original unused condition, including original tags attached, for a store credit or refund.
- All merchandise should be returned within 15 days after delivery. You are able to return for a different size, style, or store credit as we do not issue refunds at this time.
- Returned items must include tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
- Returns require a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.
- All End of season, BLACKOUT, Black Friday, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except the wrong size or style was received.
- All accessories are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns.
- An order can only be canceled before it has been dispatched.
- You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
- Price adjustments are available on items purchased at the original price 24 hours before a sale.
- Due to the spread of COVID-19, as a safety measure, returns would be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 72 hours before processing. For returns/exchanges, please click on the ‘Return Package’ button below.
Note: Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that was received damaged.
